IntroductionAlso known as new-type rock wool sandwich panels, these panels feature a non-combustible rock wool core, galvanized or aluzinc color-coated steel sheets as the decorative surface, and polyurethane edges. They are bonded together through adhesives to form a composite energy-saving building material.Polyurethane panels   are made of polyurethane (PUR or PU), a type of thermoset plastic that exhibits excellent wear resistance, mechanical properties, and thermal   insulation. It is formed through chemical reactions
Performance Characteristics

Fire Resistance: The rock wool core is a non-combustible A-class fireproof material with a fire endurance that meets national fire safety standards, providing stable and reliable protection for buildings.

Thermal Insulation and Heat Preservation: Rock wool possesses good thermal insulation properties, effectively blocking heat transfer. Combined with polyurethane edges, the   overall thermal insulation and heat preservation effect is enhanced.

Water Resistance and Sealing: The polyurethane edges effectively overcome the drawback of rock wool's susceptibility to water absorption and moisture, improving the product's water resistance and service life. Additionally, the polyurethane edges enhance the panel's sealing performance, preventing the formation of thermal bridges.
Strength and Stability: The bonding of the rock wool core with the two layers of steel sheets forms a monolithic structure, significantly improving the overall stiffness of the roof compared to site-assembled sandwich panels, enhancing the overall   stiffness and stability of the building envelope.

Thermal Insulation: Polyurethane panels offer superior thermal insulation with a low thermal conductivity, suitable for various insulation applications.

Water Resistance: Polyurethane materials inherently possess a certain level of water   resistance, but proper construction and maintenance are required to ensure long-term waterproofing.
Strength and Wear Resistance: Polyurethane panels exhibit high strength and wear   resistance, capable of enduring mechanical pressure and abrasion.

Application   FieldsPrimarily used for wall and roof envelopes in steel-framed buildings, such as steel-framed   factories, automobile showrooms, train stations, sports arenas, logistics centers, etc. Their excellent fire resistance, thermal insulation, and water   resistance make them ideal choices for these venues.Widely used in building insulation, cold storage, pipeline insulation, and as wear-resistant linings for industrial components.
